This red box that sets on the wall is a control box of B&D opener 70DL, a Byrne & Davidson Doors product. Since first generation roller door openers in the market, there are a lot of them still working. 

Sync kit SK902 (SK ll) can replace the red box remote as it is discounted. Installation is totally DIY, no skills needed. Existing remotes are still working after the installation.
