This remote has been discontinued. The recommended replacement is the Windsor400, which is compatible with all Windsor Merlin Access System 2200 and 2500A radio-controlled 1/3 horsepower door operators.

if you advise us the dip switches combination of your existing remote, we would use Windsor 400 remote to clone another one for you, which can be used straight way.

Alternatively, you can consider the Windsor702 conversion kit, which includes two fob remotes.and a wireless wall button
