If no working remote is available to copy from, a Digital302 DIRECT remote is required,which programs directly to the Marantec opener. If you are in this situation and do not have any working remotes, we recommend selecting the Digital 302 DIRECT remote to avoid being sent a Digital302 COPY remote.

Good to know :

The Digital 302 COPY and Digital 302 DIRECT remotes are different. The Digital 302 DIRECT remote has its own code and can be programmed directly into the opener. The Digital 302 COPY remote does not have its own code and must copy the code from an existing working remote.
